Richard O’Hare

Rick’s practice focuses on complex litigation with extensive experience litigating in both state and federal courts. His litigation experience is quite diverse with cases raging from patent, trademark and copyright infringement, to construction defect, to environmental contamination and wage and hour class actions.
With an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Microbiology, Rick began his professional career in the labs at Chevron researching lubrication oil additives. In 1993, Rick graduated from law school, took the bar exam, and transferred to Chevron’s law department where his practice focused on environmental litigation and patent work. Since 1998, Rick has been in private practice in the North Bay.
When not practicing law, Rick enjoys snow skiing, boating and water skiing.
